Picture of fat vs. Muscle

I posted this pic a few weeks ago but I am reposting for a friend to see.
Imagine the space that is taken up in our bodies with 5 extra pounds of fat vs. 5 lbs of muscle.
Sometimes our clothes are lose and falling off but the scales say the same weight. This is why. We may weigh the same but 5lbs of muscle takes up much less space than 5lbs of fat. They weigh the same but the actual volume (size) is quite different.
I have a total of 70lbs off now! I can't believe I was carrying around that much extra weight!

I've seen the 5 pound and 10 pound of the fat before but I've never seen it compared to muscle before. Thanks for posting!0

Thank you for this! The scale can be infuriating and this helps to calm that fury. I will keep busting out my tape measure.0

Thanks for posting this. I needed it after a lack of scale movement at my last weigh in, but my clothes are starting to fit better.0
