  • I love Zumba. I looked around at different sites online and they say you burn anywhere from 500 to 800 calories in an hour long class! I have been taking the low end in my tracker and using 500 calories. You can always use a heart rate monitor and know for certain how much you burn :)

  • Thanks so much for the tip about the baja bob mixes! Ordered a bunch to have for the summer. Enjoyed the mai tai one last night - delish! Doesn't have that creepy diet aftertaste.
  • Are you tracking your sodium? I was having the same problem, and wasn't tracking sodium. I started tracking it and went back and reviewed my food journal and noticed when I had more sodium, my wt loss slowed or stopped. Just a thought... :)
  • One of the things that irks me the most about this story, aside from the obvious, is that she's not just hurting herself and her children. When she gets catastrophically ill, and believe me, she is very likely to do so, and ends up in the hospital, guess who has to move her in a bed, in a wheelchair, to a chair - NURSES.…
