  • W5D2 done. I looked at week 5 day 3 - run 20 minutes straight - I hope it doesn't kill me! Day 2 is 16 minutes of running but not in one shot, it's broken up by walking. I plan on tackling that day 3 on Saturday this week.

  • Today I completed W4D3. I had a harder time this morning than I did on day 2, not sure why. Looking forward to W5D1, if it doesn't kick my butt. I only walk/run outdoors, I don't have access to a treadmill but when I do I find it very boring.
  • That's my goal...to be able to do a pull up all on my own, no bands. I was the kid that couldn't even do one bar on the monkey bars! I have no upper body strength... Yet!
  • The ramp-up is important. The box shouldn't just let you jump right in without first learning the form and different workouts.   • I'm working my way to running but I've walked the Cowtown 5K, Victory over Violence 5K, and will be doing the Buffalo Boogie 5K on 5/11. I'm thinking of the Rahr & Sons in October.
