You can convert rowing meters to miles. i.e., row 5000 meters and that's similar to running 3.1 miles. Is this what you are asking, or am I missing something?

OP: I made my first infused water yesterday and it is really good. I just sliced some limes and lemons, put them in a jug, added water and let it sit in the fridge all day. Great tips! I guess I've had some pretty good coaching after all - I've been coached to keep back straight. And me being a shorty was told I have to row more to get the same distance as a taller person. Boo! I'm going to try pushing hard from my heels - that piece I didn't know.

I think it's okay for the gym to use you as an example but make it clear that you will not be buying from him or be selling it on his behalf... that you will continue to buy from your friend and if asked you will say she is your distributor.
