  • I found this recipe on FaceBook. I call them Banana Oatmeal Bars, and they have 47 calories per serving. Ingredients: 3 mashed bananas (I used a sandwich bag) 1/3 cup apple sauce 2 cups oats 1/4 cup almond milk 1/2 cup raisins (optional) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp cinnamon Pat into pan and bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
