I drink herbal tea - some of the fruity ones taste quite sweet but have 0 sugar, 0 carbs. That helps.

Kelp powder. Supposed to be great support for your thyroid- even boost metabolism. They make a capsule form, but the powder sprinkled over food is supposed to be better. I even like seaweed so thought I would like it. So gross! Dark green and vile. Threw the whole bottle out.

A disappointing Monday weigh in: SW 162 CW 159.5 exact same as last week GW for May 155 UGW 148-150 range Fitness: Starting week 4 of C25K. Tougher run today.

Ok, I'm in, if joining the party a little late this month. SW: 162 CW: 159.5 GW: 150 Goal by end of May would be 155 or so. I'll weigh in on Mondays. Fitness event in May: I'm on week 3 of Couch to 5K in 10 weeks program, so by the end of May, I'll be finishing week 7!
