Oh my heavens, I have done the SAME thing, except not @ Target but @ Walmart. I truly think people were looking at me like I was a nut case. Oh well, it is what it is.

I have OCD, was diagnosed at 12 with it and it has always been a huge issue in my life. However, I am learning to deal with my issues and obsessions without medications and by simply learning to control myself. So far so good :)

Alicia Keys is about 5'6 ( so I've heard) and I think she has an awesome body! Not too curvy, yet not lanky and skinny. Denise Richards is also 5'6...and looks damn good for her age. Also, Heather Locklear, J- Lo (maybe a bit too full figured for your liking?), Kate Hudson, but she's got a very athletic body, Teri Hatcher…

I think that is a wonderful challenge! love it!!!

I am not sure if your local market carries Skinny Cow brand, but it's amazing if you are having chocolate cravings. They have Skinny Cow ice cream as well as little packets of different chocolates. I am not a chocolate person myself, however I do enjoy (maybe overly enjoy) their ice cream. They are mini one serving…

Darn, then I guess I am just a juvenile rabbit. *rolls eyes* No, seriously, I was just raised to be nice to people and treat others the way I would like to be treated, Internet or not. Anywho, hope you guys all have fun continuing to flame the poor guy who posted this thread in the first place. That is real MATURE :)

Trying to remember when I had those bad boys pulled...I would suggest yogurt, V8 juice (since its hard to eat veggies lol), sweet potatoes, soup, grits, oatmeal, jello, sorbet, hummus, pudding, Carnation Instant breakfast packets.. I know my friend ended up pureeing homemade mac & cheese when she got hers pulled and she…

Hah, it's definitely NOT just you. I get where you're coming from & I notice it too. However, if you have a problem with someones remarks, you can either A. address it to them OR B. ignore it. Unfortunately, not all of us live by the phrase "if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all".

Hi there! You may want to begin your own thread. You will receive more replies that way :)

I can only speak from personal experience... I was extremely inactive, but still quite 'tiny' for my size at 5'5 and around 130 pounds. I began doing 30DS (my first workout program EVER) and I lost 15 pounds. I did not measure inches, but I know I did drop about two pant sizes. Only thing is, you will need to add in some…

I am an inch taller than you and a couple pounds heavier and I burn around that as well. Unfortunately, us 'tinier' people don't get the huge calorie burns :( it sucks lol
-
Awesome :) I hope the feeling continues for you too! Always like to read these positive posts on here :)
-
Thanks bunches!

I think 130 @ 5'5 is perfect :) Close to what I am now!

First off, stop visiting those stupid compliment threads. I think they are ridiculous and I've seen some people on there say not so nice things about others above them in the thread. Being on those threads is NOT a way to gain self esteem. Secondly, you are a very cute and pretty woman. For starters, your hair is freaking…

Right on. I totally am with you. I cheat on my 'diet' (I hate the word diet) or binge probably once per week. It happens to usually be Saturday's cause that is when I have friends over or I go out to the local pub/bar. I will indulge in some wine and maybe have some slices of pizza along with other unhealthy snacks.…

I've had it happen before, but fortunately, I do not suffer from an ED. I lost a whole lot of weight from stress back then. I was extremely skinny though, same height as you and 98 pounds about 5 yrs ago. I have gained since then and am healthy now but people would always comment on me being anorexic thin and that I looked…

I am thinking of purchasing this after I am done with my Insanity/P90X hybrid. I just always worry that 25 minutes is not enough of a 'burn' for me. I am wondering if there is more strength training moves involved with the T25 than there is in Insanity?
-
I also am doing the hybrid and I am on the same week as you! Go girl! It's a wonderful change of pace for me!

Honestly, I don't weigh anymore and if I do, it is ONCE a month. I seriously hate the scale, I am trying to build muscle, therefore the scale may go up for me and when I see a larger number on there, I freak out. I find if I stay away from the scale, I am more determined in my workouts and stop obsessing over the stupid…

Like lots of people say, you cannot spot reduce. I am not sure how you feel about workout DVD's but I would definitely suggest Jillian Michael's Six Week Six Pack. It really helped with that area. I did not get a six pack, like the DVD states, but it toned up the core and pooch area quite some bit. It's like $10.00 online…

Agreed. I had the same issue on a short run and that is when I realized, I needed water regardless. I drink a helluva lot of water both before, during and after a workout/ run...regardless of the length of it.

I work from home, so I exercise on my 'lunch break' and end up eating lunch while I work, after my workout lol. I cannot exercise at night, or else I am up all friggin night. The endorphins after working out do not allow to sleep unfortunately. I know some people who are very busy end up cutting their workouts in half and…

Well, first off, congratulations on keeping the weight off for those many years. I think that is a great success in itself. Secondly, we're females....I think we all compare from one time to another. I know someone said you should see a doctor, I do not agree with that. I think its' completely normal. I think as females,…

You say you quit smoking in April. Considering it is June and only two months prior you had quit, yes, you could have gained a couple pounds due to quitting smoking. Typically, people gain anywhere from 2-8 pounds during the first three months or so after they quit. Congrats to quitting by the way, it's the smart thing to…

Fage is DELISH... I don't mind Chobani much either though.
-
Oh boy, he is SOO right about the gain in the beginning. That ish irked me, went up about 6 pounds 3 weeks in lol...it can be discouraging, but give the scale a break and take measurements instead :)
-
Good luck, Cookie! It's a fun program, did it before and now doing a hybrid of it with P90X. It just was not the 'right' program for me, had to incorporate some strength training in there for my own personal style..but you will definitely tone, especially in your core :) You are gorgeous by the way!

30DS was perfect for me when I began working out. Along with doing the 30DS program for 20 mins a day, I also ran though ...ended up loosing about 15 #'s that way (with calorie counting) in about 2 months. I have also successfully completed P90X twice. Didn't lose anything, but toned a great deal. I also have done Insanity…

Yes, this has happened to me before when I used to run daily. I realized it was due to the fact that I was not hydrated enough. I upped my water intake and no more headaches/nausea/ head spinning :)
