Thanks! I have heard that. I actually gained 5 pounds too, so you can imagine I am wanting my recovery week to speed by so I can get into month two and begin to see those darn results. I am super amped for it! I am so glad I didn't quit when I wanted to in the beginning of the program!

Silk unsweetened almond milk is great. I try to stay away from real milk too, it makes me sick so I think I am allergic to it. I would definitely give almond milk a shot if I were you. Like many have said, try to eat something. I tend to just have some crackers or a piece of bread when I feel like this. Ginger ale always helps me as well.

Yeah, I try not to do the weighing thing too often, however I find myself obsessing over it if I do not weigh in at one point or another. I'm in week four of the program. I know what you mean regarding the shin splints and foot pain. It's difficult to deal with. I wish I could give you an easy answer, but I think a lot of people are going through the same thing lol! I just ice my shins nightly and use some icy hot on my feet and shins if need be!
