If its something I don't do on an everyday basis, I count it. I don't do laundry every day and I do six loads on Sunday. I get noticed by a new person almost everyday. There are over two hundred people in our office and I don't seem them all everyday. Its so nice to hear people ask me if I've lost wait almost every day...it keeps me going.

Well, being cheap I like the Body Fortress 100% Whey ($19.00 or so for a 2 lb? tub). I like the vanilla over the chocolate as I can drink it just mixed with water but with the chocolate I have to mix something in. I also use GNC varieties but they are pricey and don't have as much protein as the Body Fortress.

A) are you working in some cardio? And B) have you tried heavy lifting? Body weight and light weights is great to learn proper form but for max results, check out heavy lifting. You'll never go back.

I try to stick with my regular eating schedule on weekends as best I can. Sometimes it doesn't happen but I've gotten better at it. It helps me stay on track.
