hell yeah it's a workout and a fine one at that. Unless you live in Florida...the we know your are cheating. LOL It's the only reason i like the snow actually, if I have to shovel to get out of my drive to go to work, I get an extra snack...yay!
-
oh yeah baby i almost peed my pants

I am in a similar situation. I'm simply continuing on my normal path until "it" happens. after that, i will continue to workout as I have been until the doctor tells me no. As long as you were working out, lifting weights or running before pregnancy you should be able to continue once you become pregnant. Now, it would…

Oh and IMO no amount of calories is negligible. When I realized omitting sugar and creamer from my coffee every day was saving me 36500 a year I did a happy dance. But now of course those calories are from vitamins bit at least it's not doubled anymore.
-
I take many vitamins and count my calories. Fish oil and primrose oils have 10 each and cranberry has some too. My others don't have it on the bottle so I don't have anything to go by so I just go by whatever the listing in the database has.

I wondered about that in all seriousness. Any way to stop my lower back from aching when I bench press? I press my back and glutes into the bench the best I can but is still have the pain. I press through it though, am I risking injury or will it just strengthen over time?

It was just a matter of time

No. My normal shake has 170 caps for just the powder and then add half cup of fat free Lactaid for another 45 or if I want a cup another 90. And I usually add a banana or other fruit. My smoothies amount to much more because I usually add yogurt. You're fine. :-D

Yeah but the 3000 calories they speak of are NOT all from good choices. You eat half a pound of turkey and 6 oz of ham you won't have room for much else. They mean the beer and the ballgame food, the pies, cookies, and chips and dips. Plus the turkey, stuffing, we don't do a ham too, and the cranberries and the mashed…

for free booze, I'll do shots off anyone. LOL

Nope no complaints from me. ;-) And no one complains about mine after my loss. I love the way they look...and they keep looking better every time I see them.

Can I steal this?

I just say, 'I didn't say YOU had to do it' and continue on my way.

NOTHING beats MFP! My pals ate the greatest! I have met many in real life and the support I get is better than any support I ever got from mu own family growing up. I love you Pals!

that is my favorite. I love it when someone calls it a diet. Nope, diets fail; I made a lifestyle change and this is me for the rest of my life. I still get to have donuts and chocolate and whatever I want.

I've only had one person say 'you can stop losing now...please'. And she was kidding around. I still have people saying I look good and nobody says otherwise. I still have 15 pounds to go now so I guess it could still happen but when and if it does, I plan to stay my course and not become discouraged because I am not doing…

^^^the last 15 are the hardest to get off. I'm about to lower my calories again too to jump start things again but I refuse to go to 1200 again. It was five when I had to lose 70 pounds but I only have fifteen to go. Well, 4.8 to my original goal which is the high end of my healthy weight. I'll reassess after that goal is…

your friend is full of !@#. tell her to do a squat and laugh when she falls on her a@@and then say, "you think you did that right?"

So....many...empty...calories. Choose more substantial food. More protein and for goodness sake eat some more.

yes, I do play a dr on MFP, bit only with my screen name. My advice is just that, advice. I agree with the individual above. I speak from experience however my condition may not be the same as yours. On July 31 2012 I felt a snap in my groin during a stretch and learned months later after much physical pain and insurance…

What a beautiful and inspiring story. I'm posting the link on my wall as many of my pals have PCOS and I know sometimes they can feel defeated by it. Congrats and good luck on your new journey.

First rule out anything that might be damaged. If the doctor says you are okay gradually start working out again. I have arthritis in my knees and the more I am stationary or go a few days of not working out they hurt but the hurt stops when i start using them more. sometimes there is truth in advertising 'a body in motion…
