yes, I do play a dr on MFP, bit only with my screen name. My advice is just that, advice. I agree with the individual above. I speak from experience however my condition may not be the same as yours. On July 31 2012 I felt a snap in my groin during a stretch and learned months later after much physical pain and insurance…

What a beautiful and inspiring story. I'm posting the link on my wall as many of my pals have PCOS and I know sometimes they can feel defeated by it. Congrats and good luck on your new journey.

First rule out anything that might be damaged. If the doctor says you are okay gradually start working out again. I have arthritis in my knees and the more I am stationary or go a few days of not working out they hurt but the hurt stops when i start using them more. sometimes there is truth in advertising 'a body in motion…

My healthy weight is 93-105 however my ideal body weight is 104-110. I've set…

This is the reason to allow yourself a treat now and again. I have one daily. By the way, now I want a cupcake. Wonder if anyone is going to eat that last double Dutch chocolate monster muffin. Mmmm. With milk.

book yourself a room before it's too late but try and book it through a place that allows changes like adding it removing a person. Email, text, and PM her on FB with all the details (this way she can't claim later she don't get it) one final time with the details and ask her when she will be arriving so you'll know when…

I will help you eat them. LOL no, you can do it. Or jsut have half one and give the other half to an equally calorie conscious person. I work with lots of people who are using MFP but we aren't on here together because well lets face it if I want to rant about work I don't want them saying something taken out of context.…

Are you getting enough rest? I noticed my training sessions were feeling below par and then i took a couple of days off. When I trained again, I burned almost 1/3 more than what I had been. My body needed to recover.

awww.... use him as part of your workout. bench press him lift him up in the air and then squat and lower him and then do it again. Lay on your back, bend your knees at 90 degrees and lay him on them and while holding his hands straighten your legs. He'll have fun while you get a killer burn. Then enjoy that bagel he…

Yes, the writing has been sub par but at least I know now it's not Capaldi...he's got me in his corner (it took three episodes but I'm there). Now they just need to give him something he can work with.

Wow you are kind. If I send you an invitation to my wedding will you get me a gift too? ;-) okay joking aside, buy from the registry list and ditto on not worrying about getting kitchen tools simply because they have sleeves. As another MFPer said they still need to eat. Toodles

Always weigh. Never go with the per unit on the package. That includes bread; if it close enough to the weight stated on the bread package I let it it stick but the end pieces can be either lighter or heavier. I don't want to short myself calories either. And I live the potato bags that lane 20 chips. Really? In what…
