I was hoping this was going to be a low calorie recipe. i will suggest getting the Seattles Best frozen caramel drink in the freezer section at the store. Add nonfat milk and make your own. Yes, its not a waste if you enjoy it, but how much are you enjoying it? with the bloating? I use lactaid milk... no bloat.

I don't go anywhere with a water bottle. My rule of thumb is if my eyes land on it I have to drink some. you will be surprised at how much you will actually crave water once you start drinking it regularily. I am up to 10-12 glasses a day. Simple answer...its never too early or too late to start heavy lifting as long as you're able to physically do the work. But...you have to commit and be persistent. Good luck...oh, and eat some more.

Hmm... I am the mother of an 18 year old. That I can change a tire and a water pump. That I can actually drive a UHaul. (they think I'm too short) I lift heavy. And one more for the road...i was married, had a kid, and got divorced before I got my drivers license.

Two weeks and you lost four pounds? That's fantastic. I would go to the lowest setting myself and eat back all the calories burned from exercise...but if you are losing two pounds a week that is marvelous. You don't want to lose faster than that. Congratulations!

Depends on what the label has listed. Sometimes it just says Tbs so I enter a new food item listed as grams so I don't have to work the math every single time.

If you arent hungry. Dont eat. What if you are high on calories tomorrow and are still hungry? Listen to your body. Dont forcefeed yourself; maybe your count is off or a label is wrong. Great job on reaching your goal.
