I got 60 to lose add me! I started doing Cize and I shed a couple of pounds but I want and need to lose more.

I love cize! It didn't feel like a workout to me because it's just dancing. I kept up with it and started losing weight and getting my endurance up. Let us know if you try it. :-)

I love the 21 day fix. I bought Beachbody's Cize workout and then went to the 21 day fix. I bought the workouts through beachbody because it's a bit cheaper than amazon and you get the workout online also. Pretty much you get what you put into it. I love the beachbody on demand videos. I like their products and I'm seeing results. It's about $40 every 3 months and the first month free. But they have a lot of workouts to choose from.

I have a love/hate relationship with the gym. I love running on the treadmill but hate the feeling like I HAVE to go. So I do my workouts at home now.

I'm 4'10 and my doctor said 90-100 for me. I haven't weighed that since I was in high school. I'm just trying to get back down so I can fit into my old wedding dress for my anniversary in October. So frustrating.

I'm trying to at least be 115lbs. Last year was a weird year for me. I gained about 30 to 40lbs... Doctor said that about 110-120lbs is healthy for me being 4'9 and 28 years old. so I'm trying to be a bit more healthy and active again. i was at 165lbs and now i'm at 159lbs. Playing the Xbox Kinect games are really helpful…
