I try to see my goal as eating healthy and being active so I can feel good...all else will follow.

Ask yourself "Is what I am doing this moment helping me get closer to my goal?" As long as it is not pushing you away from your goal you are on the right track.

Hi Nikki...I am in NS and also worked in healthcare. I have had several surgeries in the past few yrs; gained a lot of weight and have a lot of work ahead of me.
