I don't eat bagels unless it's a major treat. I've read they are the DEVIL! haha! Have you ever tried bagel thins?! They are good and around 100 cals.

I'll have to have my husband do them again tonight, clearly he did something wrong. I thought even 12% seemed awfully low but that was only from the abdominal measurement.

okay, so according to the chart provided I have 12.5% body fat but according to that website you gave me it's only 1.57% how is that possible?! I can't be that fit!!

I have to agree to some degree. I clean my own house around the clock so I don't log that but once a week I spend 3 hours cleaning my dad's house for him. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing showers and toilets. Since I only do this once a week I do log it because I consider it an extra burn. Since I clean my own house…

I'm 5'4.5" started at 169lbs after having children. I have an athletic build with broad shoulders and I'm currently at 109 which is also what I weighed in high school. If you ask some of my friends and family, they say I'm too thin and looked better at 120lbs. :(

I live in a rural area and there are a few different loops I take. For some reason I HATE having to look at the same thing twice so I don't run x miles out then turn around and go back. Just bring a cell phone. I know a few people who live around my loop so if I'm 5 miles out with my kids and a storm hits I could run…

This is no longer a diet to me but a lifestyle change. I've also learned to enjoy exercising. I feel so much better when I finish a workout!

I have don't have any junk in my trunk either! I did insanity and while it firmed the non-existant butt I have it didn't increase in size. I've done some Kim Kardashian workouts and that didn't seem to do anything either! I think we'll have to buy some butt padding or get butt implants! Sorry! :(

Before using MFP I used loseit! and it was in their database for 30 minutes of vigorous sexual activity for me it was only 16 calories burned.

I've read that interval running is much more effective than running alone. I have been interval running and have so much more energy. I run hard for 4 minutes and speed walk for 30 seconds. I'm with you!! When my family orders out pizza I make myself one! I use one Flat Out light spinach wrap, put a tablespoon of pizza sauce on it, 1/4 cup of cheese, and all the veggies I want. Then bake it for about 6 minutes. Great way to feel like I'm eating pizza without sacrificing the calories!

I have the same problem. I thought getting down to 110lbs would solve it but I'm at 114 and it still looks the same. I even have nice abs under the extra skin. I can't speak for any of the other programs but Insanity is amazing and will definitely tone the areas you are looking to. It requires no special gym equipment. You are your own weights. Good luck on your journey!

I think you would find it wouldn't be as boring if you were outside running. I try to run outside as much as possible when the weather allows since I have to push my toddlers in their double jogger. I run an 8 mile loop so the scenery is always changing. I also have upbeat, fast paced music that I listen to the entire time…

My oldest son is underweight and his doctor suggested giving him a packet of carnation instant breakfast with whole milk each night before bed. We took it a step further and made it a milkshake by adding ice cream to that as well. I think it's over 400 calories the way we serve it. Good luck to you.
