Female 5.6 195 pds workout 6 days a week (2 days weight training, 4 days cardio) 1200 calories a day (eat half my exercise ) I just stared but i want to lose 55 pounds. Do i need to eat more?

I will be 50 in 2013 and really want to lose 50 pounds. I have been trying for years to lose. I have always worked out, but i can not control my eating. This morning weigh in: 188.2. I am just starting and is doing a Detox starting tomorrow, so i am hoping to lose a few pounds this next week. Plus, it will help me catch up to all of you.

Hey, no fair! I'm just now joining the challenge. I will catch up. Can't wait to weight tomorrow. I have never done a challenge before. Today i did 30 minutes on the elipical, and is starting a clean diet. Pray for me!

I am 5.6 at 189. You dont want to see what that looks like. I am also 48 years old. Just keep working hard. You are off to a great start!! I would love to lose 16 pounds.
