Did W3D1 today! I didnt think I was going to be able to run the 3 minutes but I did! Yay! Keep on pushing guys! :drinker:

W2D1 done! Off to a good start everyone! My tricks: -Run inside (its too hot in Florida to run outside) -Eat 1 hour before and have a small snack about 30 minutes after -Breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth -Have upbeat music to listen to!

W1D3 done! Im excited for week two because I feel super ready! :bigsmile:

Did W1D2 today. It was about 2 miles this time with a 2% incline, running at 6mph, and walking at 3.5mph. Whew! I never liked running before, but I am really enjoying this program! You guys are all doing great!

Just did W1D1 on the treadmill. It was a total of 1.81 miles for me, with a 1% incline, running at 5mph, and walking at 3mph. It was a little too easy so im going to bump up the speed for day 2. Goodluck to the rest of you ! :flowerforyou:
