I eat more or less the same things everyday. Mostly for convenience. But I also have to be fairly strict with myself because it's so easy to get off track. This is also why I rarely eat out. I refuse to make this more complicated than it needs to be.

Kippers in hot sauce. I eat a tin everyday. Veggies and hummous Smoothies.

It depends on your frame. I am large boned and muscular. I'll never be delicate looking. Even when I'm smaller I'll still look like a gargantuan next to most women. Oh well. I think your Doctor is the best resource to talk to about this.

Beets, onions, cauliflower, butternut squash, peppers and little potatoes with Greek flavouring. I lived on this during the winter.

I sometimes save up my uneaten calories during the week for my day off (where I don't track food or exercise) and eat something yummy. This has been a good tactic so far and helps me avoid deprivation mode. I don't go super crazy but if I want a ice cream or chocolate bar then I don't feel bad about it.

After playing around, I have had best results with IF so far. I don't do by the book 5-2 but definitely limit cals a few days a week. Low carb doesn't work that great for me since I don't eat meat. If you haven't seen Michael Mosley's doc Eat, Fast and Live Longer. It's worth a look.

I tried it - both injections and drops. You can lose weight if you suffer through it but it WILL screw up your metabolism forever more and make you totally carb sensitive. Now the only way I can lose weight is if I have a few days VLC like the 5-2.

Frozen spinach/kale in your smoothies - load up spaghetti sauces with veggies - also chili, cut down on meat and add more veggies. Wraps are good - double up on the veggies and use a sauce that you enjoy. This is my fave spice for veggies. I put that s**t on everything. LOL…

I am totally an emo eater. Recent success has come with counselling (highly recommended), a few 30 day challenges where I removed certain things from my diet altogether like sugar - so tough! - and shaking up my life to include new activities to limit alone in front of the TV time. I can count on my hand the number of…

Kippers in hot sauce and sardines in hot peppers. Real baby carrots *not the clorinated ones in bags* with roasted garlic hummous, sugar snap peas (the crack of plant based snacks).

I do use the foam roller to help get the knots out, but really interested in specific weight routines....

I recently completed a 30 day sugar free challenge (processed) and found it quite beneficial, to the point where it has helped me focus on whole foods and definitely made a difference with cravings. I was a sugar freak - ate way too much of it. Now I'm getting satisfaction from natural peanut butter, sugar free pudding, a…

I notice I get bad breath if I have dairy. Anyone else?

I freeze everything - spinach , cut it up fresh and freeze + bananas and blueberries. I also put in lots of flax and nutritional yeast. Sometimes a bit of smooth tofu and a half avacado.

Kippers in hot sauce or sardines with hot chili peppers! Also rice cakes with sugar free chocolate pudding on them.

The thing with control issues though is sooner or later something will come along that we can't control.... This is not about your weight or shape or calories at all. I feel sad for you that you are unable to grasp this.

I started juicing for variety. A couple times a week I have a veggie juice with a bit of apple and lots of ginger. I like juice in the mornings when I don't feel like eating sometimes and it's a great way to use up veggies quickly that may be getting old. I think juicing in moderation is fine as long as you limit the fruit.
