  • Honestly, I think it's rather unnecessary unless its like 90+ outside, but really it's your choice. I don't think a certain etiquette exists.
  • Mombod fitsplint was recommended to me recently. It looks like a good product, though I've not tried it.
  • Are you on any medication for your thyroid? I take 50 mcg of synthroid a day and that helps. I've not had a problem losing, but need to log EVERYTHING and cut out as much sugar as I can. I also find the less I sleep, the more I crave sugar.

  • I was diagnosed with pcos 20 years ago and I've never been over 150 pounds. So no, losing weight will not cure you. However, losing weight and cutting sugar and high GIVE foods can definitely help you control it. Congratulations on your weight loss, that is quite an accomplishment!
  • Do you mean bmr? Unless you spent the night in a lab, it's probably bmr. That's close to what mine is and I also have pcos. I can lift weights and not bulk up and can lose weight if I really track my calories. From your bmi, it seems you really don't have far to go. What are you doing now?

I'm just me. For someone who used to…
  • . You're supposed to be gain around 25-35 pounds during pregnancy. I always gained around 40, and 30 of it would come back off in a few weeks after giving birth. It sounds like you are trying to lose weight while pregnant with those calories. Since your baby needs Nutrients to develop properly, that's really unwise,
  • Can you explain this? Mine is set at 1200 calories. Then it bumps up to 1500 or whatever once I complete a workout. How then is the deficit already set up? Just trying to figure this out!
  • Why would you weigh it before if fat can cook off or water evaporate? You're not eating that. Can someone explain?
