@captbklee thank you for asking. In all honesty I gave up on myself! Life got too busy and overwhelming for me that I threw in the towel. However, yesterday I started my journey AGAIN!! If i want to be around to see my children graduate i need to do this. Yep, If I am to be it's up to me. So, let's see how I do this go…

Wow Thanks...great suggestions. I do need to sit down and have a hard talk with my DH. :o True the bottomline is that is ultimately up to me. Sweetie I know exactly how you feel...My husbands family is a thin family and they always have snarky remarks about my weight. I feel ya hun. I started at 243ish and 5'2''on 4/24 :grumble: and I'm down 6.5#'s. I get very discouraged but I gotta keep pushing forward. It's a lifestyle change not a quick fix, that's what I tell myself. Keep your head up and don't look back to old you :happy:
