  • popcorn from an airpopper then use butterbuds. not as good as microwave popcorn, but you can eat alot of it this way.
  • sumo squats are good. inner thigh leg raises with an ankle weight on if you want are good too. any cardio will help tone your inner thigh as well as your whole leg.
  • clean eating to me is anything that is a whole food. Nothing processed. some people dont eat wheat because it has to be processed in order to eat it i.e. pasta, bread. some people have stomach issues from dairy and wheat so they stay away.
