The issue with them popping is that there is a good possibility they will come back. I have one on the back of my wrist that will get big, pop, and be back within a few months. I will need surgery if I want mine to be gone permanently.

Not to the point of adjusting calories for the day and worrying if you'll get to eat more.

Yep! Haven't had a diet soda since the beginning of March. I feel so much better not drinking the stuff.

I do nothing different. Humans were meant to be active.

If going to the gym is important to you, you find a way and you make it happen. You either want it or you don't. If you'd rather work out at home, same thing. Cancel the gym membership and make it happen. Excuses don't give results; and if you want to workout, you'll do it.

This. I have a co-worker who will do this frequently. She'll be out of "points" for the day by dinner, go home and make a "zero-point" dinner. And she wonders why she's not losing weight.

Exactly. I work with a running coach who writes custom plans for me. Money well spent. My best friend does as well (much more in depth than me to the tune of $160/month for a weekly plan).

I'd love to eventually qualify for Boston. And would love to do an Ironman triathlon one day.

Yep, finished a few weeks ago with it.

From May 2011 to December 2012, I lost 171 pounds. I forget when I stopped MFP, but I decided to take a break because I started having panic attacks over food and not being able to measure things. Lost weight just fine without it. But, gained some of it back when I got pregnant with my son. Back to get rid of the last bit…

These two cuties Oh, and zombies. I don't want to be bitten.

Hi hi! I am interested in being "adopted". I'm not a "noob" to MFP and weight loss per say, but I need to get back on the wagon and get back to where I was. From March 2011 to December 2012, I lost 171 pounds. I got pregnant with my second child who will be 4 months on the 13th. I gained a little more than I had hoped (43…

Thank you so much for your kind words. With my daughter, it took about a month for the medication to kick in and I slowly started feeling better. I was able to get off the Zoloft after 6 months. Hoping that is similar this time.

Is it bad that I wanted to save some of my pee during pregnancy to sell to people wanting to do the diet? { } <----Sarcasm brackets btw. But seriously, not willing to do a diet that relies on pregnant lady pee.

At first it was my chronic pain and my fertility problems. Well, 2 kids and over a year and a half pain free, it's now my kids that get me moving every day. I want them to see healthy living modeled in our home.

We must have the same doctor. I went to mine with a similar complaint back in 2011. I wanted my thyroid tested since problems run in my family. Doctor told me to run instead of cycling/spin classes since running was the best exercise ever and anything else was a waste of time. Turns out I was pregnant, pregnant enough…

I lost 171 pounds before getting pregnant with baby #2. Feel free to add me. I have about 30 pounds to get back to that point, but should have no problems. Feel free to add me.

I'll shoot you a friend request, I'm in Wisconsin too. :)
