I just spent a few hundred dollars on new clothes even though I am a few pounds from my goal. I also want to do some pin-up pics as a surprise for my hubby...reseraching photographers now! Oh, and going to Key West in December, to be a part of the Key West triathalon!

Found the website for zig-zagging your cals: www.freedieting.com/tools You eat the same amount of calories in a week, except instead of 1300 every day, one day you have 1200, the next 1400....so your body doesn't get used to the same amount every day.....

Are you eating the same calorie count every day? If so your body is getting used to that. There are a ton of threads on here regarding cycling or zig-zagging your cals. Try it.

I guess it doesn't really matter but when you are built just like her you wonder (thanks to my grandma, my mom is apple shaped, I sometimes wonder if I am adopted-ha). I have 39.5" hips and barely get in a size 6. I would like her face too, she is gorgeous, I am stuck with freckles and big ears!

AND two weeks ago on Dancing the With the Stars Kirstie Alley said she started the show being a size ten and is down to a size six. She looks great but no $%^&*( way is she a size six!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
