There are lotions and creams you can buy that will help to make your skin more firm. Vasaline makes one that works quite well and is pretty cheap :)

if im not hungry i dont eat, if you dont always eat back your cals its not a huge issue as long as you try to eat about 1200

I decided it was too difficult to cut out junk completely so I buy junk that is lower fat and cals like 100 cal packs and baked chips.. seems to do the job! ^_^

I think of them as transition foods, they made it easier to cut out things like sweets and chips because I had a replacement and they are portion controlled to prevent me from eating too much. Someday I will probably stop eating them but in the meantime its better then "real" junk food.

i used to have the same issue before i lost weight, if you go to a specialty store like Bikini Village that just sells swim suits you can find a large selection of suits that have tops that are almost more of a bra style so they fit better. Hope that helps!
