The thing with the ellipticals is once you start going on it, its momentum will keep moving even if you stop, so in a way it kind of helps you to run. A treadmill on the other hand is only you moving, without any momentum that keeps your feet moving, so its much more intensive. Ellipticals are still good exercise though.…
