Bump. Need inspirations for June routines.

Well, my baby is 9 months old now. I was in the early 170s before I became pregnant, so I wasn't thin to begin with (I'm 5'1). Before I gave birth, I weighed 185-187 lbs. After my son was born, I weighed 172-173 lbs. I put on the weight after the pregnancy (I was starving from breastfeeding! OMG). Looking back, I could…

What about your measurements?

I purchased a few things, some to refresh our supply, others for meals I plan to make. Brown eggs Egg whites Whole wheat boule Sardines in vegetable oil For the dish I'm making tomorrow: Malanga Cassava Okra

Got it, thanks. I'll continue doing what I'm doing :)

How do I know whether I've retained LBM or not? When I enter the #, my LBM is still 101 lbs. That means nothing has changed there, right? And that I should maintain my current eating goal... Thanks! :) You helped me figure out a lot of stuff! Note to self: abdomen part is "up" because I've measured below navel this time…

Ok heybales, I've been following your advice and here am I today! Well, it's only been two weeks, but I wanted to check if I'm doing this right so far. Last Sunday marked the two-week period. I weighed and measured myself that day. When I started eating at 1722, I weighed 169.6 lbs (76.9kg). Last Sunday (two weeks later),…

I eat about 1700cal a day and I love it! Anyone can add me :)

:noway: *jaw drops* Tout simplement magnifique.

You're very pretty. Great job on your weight loss!

It always seems like a lot at the beginning but don't worry, you'll get used to it. You've trained your body to eat less; with proper training, it will learn to eat more. At some point, you might even feel like it's not enough!

I checked out the links and I can already tell I'll pick up a lot of moves/modifications from fitnessblender. I'll definitely go through the topics in New Rules and join, why not! I suppose I might get some new gear later (as strength increases, it will probably be necessary). Thanks!

Thanks heybales! It really helps me when I have an idea what might be going on "behind the scenes." I'll do the measurements in a couple of weeks and see if anything has changed. :)

Indeed, the difference is tiny! :) Alright, I plugged in 42 hours service trades. It surprised me to see what people actually burned on non-exercise days. It feels like nothing while you're going up and down, doing this, doing that. lol Numbers: BMR 1364 TDEE 2192 TDEG 1722 So 1722 it is! How do I know that my body is…

I finally got my measurements down. So excited about that! The results, not so much. 40.2% BF (Wow!!) --- avg from the site you had given on another post http://www.gymgoal.com/dtool_fat.html BMR 1364 I'm having a hard time figuring it out "Daily activity during a 40 hour week..." on the spreadsheet. Most of what I do…

Thanks heybales! I'll get all those #.
-
I didn't know MFP had those estimates. Thanks!

Sadly, no measurements. I'm still learning what the "good habits" are (measuring, determining BF%, etc.) I wish I had known about it all earlier so that I would have maximized all this sweating. I thought low cal was the way to go b/c by diminishing the supply, my body would be digging through the "fat reserves" and burn…

Sorry, GW 145 and Height 5'1 PS: if this isn't the appropriate topic for my questions, please let me know (and/or point me in the proper direction). Thanks :)

I'm curious about this one too as I'm nursing my 8-month old a few times a day. I haven't taken that into account; maybe I should. Good luck on your journey! :)

Heybales, Thank you for taking the time to answer! I've read over your advice (to others) and have kept notes about a few things. I'd appreciate it if you would look at my numbers and tell me what you think as I'm trying to understand how my body functions. I'm very curious to know what messages my body is sending me…
