Well it's day 15 and I am amazed how easy it has been. I know it will be more difficult as time goes on. But, I started out with good form and haven't done a girl push up yet. So proud of myself. My whole family has joined in too.

I totally agree don't deprive yourself of the foods you love. You'll only go back to them with a vengeance. The key is to limit them. Balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, garlic pepper, Dijon mustard. If you need a little olive oil add that, but I don't to keep fat down.

I read this yesterday and thought, I can't do this. But I slept on it and thought why not give it a try. I mentioned it to my husband and two boys and they are in. Count all 4 of us in.
