  • I was told last week when I was in a Yoga class and my feet were cramping that I needed more iron and water. I have not looked into that yet but thought I would pass along the advice. Good Luck!:wink:
  • Thank you for all the feedback! I think I will just stick to staying at my Calorie goal and maybe just going low-fat on my own=)
