Hi everyone, I started the Eat to Live 6 week plan June 13th of 2013. It's been a little over 5 weeks and I've lost 5 lbs. I have not been doing the strict version, I have had meat 1-2x a week, plus I went straight to the Eat for Life 90% version of the plan. While I do want to lose weight, I only want to lose about 10 lbs…
