  • Yes I follow through with what I pre-log. I have found at least for me that it helps me stick to my calories. I know what I am going to be eating all day so it makes me think twice if I am tempted to cheat. I know I will have to give something else up. For me......it works.

  • When I start to hydrate I have the same thing for the first day. The trick is to stay hydrated and you body will adjust quickly. Then its back to normal. Water is so much better for you so hang in there.
