Eat 300-400 Cal meals about 5xs before gym and 1200 after workout... Protein powder helps as a meal As you work more you may add more calories. Keep sodium in checkso your weight gain isn't just water retention.

If you are careful and dilligent I found that a calorie deficit coupled with a ketogenic diet works well. Even if not totally keto and you go down to like 50+100g a day of carbs it works well too. Feel free to add me. My wife is 5'3" and we lost weight together.

You could be retaining water. Or eating too less calories and going into hibernation mode. I did that trying for a quick slim and it backfired. I'd say .. opinion.. do 1300 and of you can stomach caffeine about 2 cups black and at least a banana. Cut carbs to -200 a day and yea sodium cut. Jussayin what worked for my…

I did keto until I broke my leg I was at 45 pounds down losing about 3 pounds a week. The lowest weight I got was 220 from 265 in June. But it was with this broken leg and it was skinny so I was losing muscle. Trying to get back on track starting 2/1

I do that. Sometimes foregoe and I know better.. just want to eat. BUT I am not doing it all the time, I am human and know I gotta do better each day to watch myself. Father's day I did like 300 cals over ... I was pissed, it was food and its' like a 40 ounce of Mickey's.. it always ends badly. But not to beat yourself up…
