I worked a labor job building trails this summer for a Youth Corps in Colorado, eating 3500-4000 calories a day and still lost weight I didn't want to lose. Picking, shovelling, rock work 40 hours a week, physical labor burns crazy calories! Kick *kitten* my man!

Personal preference, for some people eating at the same times every day is a good habit because it helps keep them from eating random **** throughout the day. Personally, some days I eat 6 meals, some day I have 2 or 3, as long as your hitting those goals it doesn't matter brotherman.
