Try making a behavioral change. So every time you feel stressed, get up and go outside and walk a block and back, get up and have a glass of water, go pet your animal, don't go for the junk food. Eventually your mind will become adjusted to this new behavior and you will do it without even thinking about it.

What are your macros?? Overall goals would be helpful I never have a problem especially on a bulk LOL eating enough protein, 4 shakes is a little excessive!!! Frozen chicken, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, lean meats, kashi cereal, tuna, salmon. Mann the list goes on! Tons of ways to get that protein.

Why give up stuff you enjoy? Just fit it into your macros and don't have one every single day, hell you could even have one every if you wanted as long as it fits your allowances. I refuse to give up my creamy coffee's and haven't had any issues losing weight/maintaining I just make sure I fit it into my daily macros.

You'd be losing. Bro at 6 feet tall were the same height and I weigh 160. You should be hitting the gym and putting on weight. Calculate your TDEE using the IIFYM website and +10% caloric surplus for a slow gain or -10% for a defecit resulting in weight loss. Pics of how you look would be helpful for further advice.
