Cocolate recipes?

Hello, I cannot stop craving chocolate. Anything chocolate I just want the whole time and I was wondering if some of you have recipes that are low calorie and maybe easy to make?

  • When I'm craving chocolate I usually do one of two things:
    1. Eat a dove dark chocolate square or two, or some sort of delicious dark chocolate
    2. -1/2 cup chobani non fat Greek yogurt (4oz)- 70 calories
    -5 grams of non sweet hersheys cocoa powder-10 calories
    -1tsp light brown sugar-15 calories
    -Cinnamon OR Pumpkin Spice to taste
    -1 scoop chocolate whey protein (32g)- 120 calories (optional)
    Mix that up and I usually throw on some agave honey 1 serving - 50 calories and 1/2 tbsp. semi sweet chocolate chips -40 calories and break up a fiber one 90 calorie bar on top is optional.
    Without all the extras it's less than 100 calories and has 17g protein and like 1g of fat. With all the goodies and protein its a bit more cals but low fat and 41 or so grams of protein. If you just do the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon and mix it'll fix your sweet tooth for less than 100 calories or you can substitute the Greek yogurt for cottage cheese!! (I throw in blueberries or pineapple chunks)

    I read somewhere that when you are craving chocolate, your body actually needs magnesium, which can be obtained by foods high in magnesium or even in suppliments. Now, I agree that they won't taste nearly as good as a piece of chocolate but, if chocolate cravings are a constant problem, then you might look into upping your magnesium levels.
