  • My schedule is a mess of days and nights with no set pattern. I'm a nurse in on a mental health unit and do a lot of sitting on nights. I always log midnight to midnight. I pack a ridiculous amount of veggies and log everything I packed before I go in to work so I know what I have left for calories if I get extra snacky…

  • Hi all! Expecting baby #3 March 31 /14. Although we weren't really trying not to conceive I was still a bit surprised. Didn't get a chance to hit my goal weight beforehand so I'm very nervous about weight gain. Need to work hard to keep fit this time around. :wink: anyone else in the same boat?
  • half way through max (two weeks til I'm done!!) Weight is down 13lbs, 2,5 inches off my waist, 3.5 from hips, 1 off each thigh, 2 off each arm, 2 from my chest and 2.5 from my abs. Def worth the hard work. (sorry no pics) Moving on to Chalean Extreme when finished
