Change up your recipes for lower calorie options to add. I still eat every thing I used to eat. I just eat the suggested serving and that is it. And have altered a lot of my recipes. No one knows the difference. lol. I have changed my families lifestyle too. lol

Everyone should set their calories to non active then add every calorie burn and consume the calories given and earned every day. It is best that way. Really it is. I am losing at a steady rate and it resets my base calories as I lose. It is awesome. The more calories you burn, the more you consume.:smile:
