  • It's crazy you posted this because I've been feeling some type of way. Not happy about what the scale showed me. I just blogged about it. You can do this! WE can do this! You have come such a long way. Don't let the depression get the best of you. Remember why you are doing this, and you will win.
  • I agree. I think you need to consume more calories to keep your metabolism going and you working out that much. Could be retaining water, too (maybe). I haven't looked at your food diary, but maybe increasing your protein and fiber would help, too.

  • Welcome aboard!!!!!
  • Please be safe!!!!! We are under a wind chill advisory here in Iowa... again! This winter has been pretty rough. Doing well otherwise.
  • I think you are moving along great!!! Maybe it's your metabolism and it needs a little boost. Do you take vitamin B-12? That could help. Also, shrimp, spicy foods and chickpeas are all great foods that can help boost your metabolism. I hope you like the ideas. Good luck! You got this :)
  • Sorry I'm logging in late. Weighed in Sunday and I'm down 4.2 pounds. I'm getting concerned about my milk supply for my daughter. • Thanks so much for the ideas!!!
  • I am excited to see the progress everyone will make this week!
  • Hello all. I joined the group late, so this is my first weigh in. Four lbs lighter. Refrained from sweets and tried eating better. Goal this week is to add exercise. Any tips on the best ways to fit working out in with an extremely busy schedule?
  • I don't because your weight fluctuates too much to get an accurate number everyday. Plus, I get discouraged easily lol!
  • I love my hair and my curves. Although, I am willing to share some of this chest of mine... lol! at least when I am done breastfeeding.
  • I initially began the weight loss journey when I had weighed the heaviest I had ever been after giving birth to my second child. I knew that I had to do something, and I did. I lost about 40 lbs, but still struggled with consistency. Then my husband and I became pregnant with our fourth child, unexpectedly ( I know that…

  • AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • thanks a lot for your help!!! I'm excited!
  • I think what happens sometimes is that people get so bent on eating right that we go overboard. I feel that when you deprive yourself, you're more more likely to binge eat. So maybe try thinking about treating yourself in moderation. Instead of eating 3 oreos, eat one! I don't see anything wrong with having a treat, as…
