you can get anything with out a tortilla. my dad is a low carber and would always order two chicken tacos with out the taco. it was just lettuce, cheese, chicken and whatever else they put in it.

I don't know what the calories are but I love Qudoba. I bet if you got something with out a tortilla it would be healthy. You can't go wrong with beans and meat. There ingridents are simple aswell.

Going over on protein and fiber are good. Both are set pretty low on here. A lot of people, inclusing myself set the ratios to 40/30/30 for carbs protein and fat. Protein keeps you fuller longer and fiber helps regulate your blood sugar, bioth being really good things

I took a B-complex, but I just recently listend to a podcast by the Nutrition Diva called Quick and Dirty Tips and she basically said it is an extreme overdose and you don't need them. I think the title of the podcast is the truth about B-vitamins or something like that.

the idea is 2 hours before bed to give your body time to digest, so for each person it might be different. You might try bumping up your calories by 200 and see if that helps. you may be eating to little.

yeah, another alaskan. I have a taylor scale I got from Freds, it doesn't do the whole water weight thing, when you think about it though, how would it know that stuff just by you stepping on it? I would say stay simple and read reviews on Amazon. I usually take 3 readings when I way in to get a good idea.

you seem to be eating a lot of processed carbs and limited fruit and veg. It is such a catch 22. If you over eat you are judge and if you are eating healthy people don't take you seriously. I turned down fast food the other day and my coworker was a bit surpried. Yeah i am fat but I have never eat Mcdonalds and don't plan to start now.

Have you tried greek yogurt? I buy it in single serving cups and portion out a serving of frozen fruit. I then let the fruit thaw over night and mix it together.
