I use them for work out videos and at the gym. i feel super heavy footed on the treadmill when I use them, but they are amazing on all the other machines. I got them becasue I was having intense arch pain after 5 minutes of a video. That is completely gone now.

When I make my food the night before I take half a serving of frozen rasberries and let them thaw in the fridge. When the morning comes they are perfect and have a nice juice, I take that and mix it with the yogurt. It is so sweet and fresh tasting!

I use Pure Protein Plus, you can only get it at Sams Club, 3 carbs maybe not sure. I woudl also suggest Almond milk instead of reg milk or coconut milk. The vanilla kind I get has 9 carbs and 90 cals but is soooooo good.

This made me thing of a time when I had swollen feet and after the gym they were completly normal. It could be that you are retaining water and it is getting flushed out while you work out. Do you drink a lot of water at the gym, I usally gain becasue I have consumed so much but you seem to be the opposite.

unless you are taking something extra, like steriods, it is almost impossible for women to bluk up like you see on TV. I don't have experience with one but i am sure there is a ton of stuff on youtube.

It is so funny to hear other people’s terminology. I am convinced Alaska is the only state without an accent (Sarah Palin in no way represents us). We say shopping cart and soda, Coke is referring to a brand and pop just sounds funny. I though buggy was a British thing.

the best way to tell would be to check your heart rate, the higher the better. Try pushing harder and going faster on the elliptical or going backwards. I like the treadmill alot, but I find the outdoors to be even better.

Try high calorie high protein things like nuts, edamame beans or avacado. The blue diamond honey roasted almonds are an amazing and avacado is supper yummy sliced up with some lime juice and a tiny bit or salt.

i try to keep it under $125 a week for my boyfriend and I. That is what it was this week but that included $20 in steaks and $10 for beef jerkey which we normally wouldn't buy. Food is very!!! expensive in Alaska. A 8 oz thing of organic blueberries was $7 bucks!

This is true, however, fiber prevents this from happening ( from what I understand). I have a similar issue and am in the process of experiment on how it effects my weight loss.

I did weight watchers when I was younger and I think MFP is way better. You really don't learn about nutrition with WW making easy for you to gain weight once you are off of it. You don't have to convert everything to points and it is free. There is a lot of support here as well. I would say save your money!

I can't shave above the knee or I get a rash from chub rub! When I was at my biggest and walked around a lot I woud put deoderant under my roll so I didnt sweat as much.

It is the silliest thing out there, you might lose weight but you won't be able to keep it off. Just do it right, you will thank yourself later.

Is the balance board on carpet? What time are you weighing yourself? For the most accurate weigh-ins you shouls stick to one scale, and do it in the mornings after you have gone to the bathroom and as close to naked and as you want to get.
