I just realized you are not in the states and don't have a Sams Club. I have heard that for protein powders you want a high ratio of protein per serving. so 20 grams of protein in a 40g scoop is only 50% protein, the poster said to shoot for 70%

I use pure protein plus, it is only sold at Sams club but it is a great price, low carb, high fiber, and has omega-3 added. I make smoothies with a scoop of that, a cup of almond milk, and a cup of frozen fruit ( blueberries, peaches, banana), it turns into a milk shake. amazing!

i would suggest reading reviews on Amazon. I have a taylor scale as well and tend to weigh myself a couple times and get the average. I don't think the body fat % ones are very accurate. How would they know?

The idea is that carbs spike your blood sugar and make you hungry while protein keeps you fuller much longer. I have major feet pain due to wide, flat feet. They have solved all my problems. Each style has a different feel so I suggest trying them on in the store. They were difficult to get on at first but now they slip right on. I only use mine for gym/ work out videos and they have been awesome.

Another high protein snack is edamame beans. You can buy them fresh or frozen, shelled or non. I use the frozen ones and heat them up and eat them plain. you can use them inplace of peas as well.

Dont worry about the sugar from fruit to much. I would suggest eating two servings a day and things like berries are lower in sugar. Look up low GI fruits and that will give you some good options

is this on your actual ear? I have a friend that has a cross on her ear, it is hard to tell what it is. I really think it is how you pull it off. If an employer is doupting you it could be the reason they use to not hire you. The foot is not a bad option, it can be painful though.

what is it that you are getting, I love mine behind my ear, but it is just bigger than a quarter. The back is always a good spot and a lot less painful. Have have bigger stuff planed for my back so I though my wrist would be a good spot for something small
