You may not want to eat all of them unless you are using a HRM to to track calories. The database overestimates by a lot. If you are losing weight with eating all of them then great, if not try eating half.

I love mayo! Which is weird for some people, haha. I had a friend who would take a packet of Hot Coco mix and spit in it and mix it up then eat the little balls. She would do this while watching the Biggest Loser. I hated watching her do it!

I would suggest the extended release. The only time I have problems is when I take 2000 mg. I find my blood sugar will drop really low as well. When I take 1500 I have no problems.

My doctor told me to take it with my biggest meal , dinner, once daily. I have learned my lesson, I can not handle 2000 mg, I will stick with 1500. it was a good movie, i think the fast was most effective for his skin condition. He never discusses his extreme lack of protein which is a major flaw to the fast. If you suffer from headaches, stomach problems and stuff like the fast seems to be effective.

I have the FT7, you get a lot more for just a little bit more money. I got mine on sale at heartratemonitorsusa.com or something like that. I have also seen them onsale at Amazon. Well worth it! if you are serius about excersize and losing weight a HRM and a food scale are a must!

Hemp is a much better choice. Soy is very hard for the body to digest and it is hard to say if you would even absorb all that protein you are consuming. The protein shakes that have a crazy amount of protein are over kill. The body can not absorb that much at a time and it is hard on the body.

that seems like a huge overestimation. I do 10-12 mile rides and burn about 500-700 depending on hills according to my HRM

I always walk on the treadmill at an incline and hold on, I burn a ton of calories doing this, but I never did lose any weight, i will have to reconsider do it. the band on the elliptical is pretty inventive!

I would still recomend you eat low on the gi index. You could eat your calories in twinkies and lose weight, but that is not the point, you want to be eating good quality food to fuel your body. You might have to pick out a few things that you like and stock up. Yogurt, a bag of frozen fruit and protein powder, and stuff for salads. Bulk bins are great for grains and nuts and there are big bags of frozen chicken.

What is the sodium levels? You can loose weight but eating 1200 calories of twinkies but it won't help you have a healthy body. I would suggest making it a once a week thing of restricting yourself to just one a night.

Enjoy the pizza you like, but have a salad before hand. It will fill you up and you still get veggies in. I really like canned artichokes and black olives on my pizza.

I had this idea I would just get skinny, then I realized I had to make it happen. I would excersise but not track my calories, and I finally decided I at least had to try. What was the point of being fat and unhappy. There are so many places I want to go and things I want to do and I will never do them becasue of my weight.

I am in a similar situation and I am going to try eating back more of my exercise calories. Depending on how intense your workouts are, you may be retaining water.
