My dogs name is Lilly, one of my favorite names and she came with the name! I also love the name Sophia but Teen Mom kind of ruined that for. I read Bentley is not one of the most popular names becasue of that show.

the Appledumpling Gang is and was one of my favorite movies, one of the kids is named Clovis. I think the names Apple and Seven and quite nice. I have told my boyfriend I want to name our kid Citizen. I feel like I have to pick something inventive becasue we both have different names.

protein shake or scrambled eggs with ham. My two favorite shakes are 1 cup almond milk, 1 scoop powder, and either a cup of froxen blueberries or a frozen orange that i cut up before freezing. When I do eggs I use 1 egg and 2 whites with half a serving of ham cut up and mixed in. Both options are high in protein.

You need to take a look at what you are eating. Going over protein is good thing, a lot of people adjust their ratios to 40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein. Yes! I would have to stop while doing the 30DS becasue my feet hurt so bad, I tried to do barefoot but couldn't grip. It took a 100 bucks to solve my problem but I don't regret it.

The idea of the shoes is that you don't need support. They allow you feet to do what they do naturally. I bought a pair to use during work out videos becasue my arches would ache terribly. I had a BLT for lunch yesterday and it was perfectly healthy. I used high fiber bread, light mayo, 3 slices of center cut bacon ( lower sodium) and some lettuce and tomato.

I would stay away from pasta really. Talk to your family but maybe you can all order a few dishes and share so you get to taste a sorts of new things but dont have to sit and eat the whole plate. All I can really say is don't go overboard, enjoy yourself but don't go crazy.

The amount they set peoples limit at is soooooo low. I shoot for about a 100 grams. I changed my ration to the 40/30/30 for carbs, fats, and proteins though. it really won't hurt you untill you get into 300 or more grams per day.

It is dark meat which means more fat, but it doesn't seem like they do to much to them but put them in a smoker. What are the calories for a similar amount of meat alone? Is the 16 oz with the bone?

I hade a BLT, 3 slices center cut bacon, lots of lettuce and tomato and a little bit of light mayo. I had mine on a high fiber english muffin but it works well in a wrap. Even though it is super hot outside I had a cup of soup as well. Nice and filling!

You are right on track. Realistically you should loose 1-2 pounds a week. The faster it comes off the harder it is to maintain. Also, if you just started to work out it can be a shock for you body. Don't sweat it, you are doing great. You might also try to eat some of your exercise calories back.
