My current weight, as of 7/8, is 243.4 ( no loss) I did not meet my goal. I believe I did not meet my goal because I overate at night, however I did work out every day. My goal for this week is to lose 2 lbs. This week I am going to focus on having a good weekend and stop night snacking.

I love doing both. My membership is only $20 and is really nice in Alaska when it is -40!!!! i ride my bike, walk the dog, and do videos but sometimes i just like to go to the gym and use all the machines. It is different for everyone.

I just started Monday on a 500 mg extended release, it is supposed to prevent any side effects like the vomiting and nausea. Over the next few weeks I will work up to as much as 4000 mg. MPF has it super low, if you are not going over you should be worried. It also depends how you are going over, I read an article the other day about how the added fiber that is showing up in a alot of foods is not completely digestable so you may not be getting as much as you think.

I have noticed the exact opposite at my gym, as soon as it got nice out the population droped like a rock! I live in Alaska so the winters are super long and cold but the summers have almost 24 hours of daylight so there is a lot of time to do stuff.

if anything switching it up might be good, in this case it will give your body a longer rest. a lot of people say you want to keep your body guessing.

I believe there is coke flavored stuff you can put in water, Mio might make some. Start by limiting yourself to maybe 2 a day and go from there. 1600 is a lot more then people on here eat. Most try to stick to 1200, then burn 500 which would drop your intake way to low!! For you it is not that big of deal, but for those on a more resticted diet it is unhealthy. It works for some and doesn't for others.

I eat baby carrots and half a bell pepper ( not sure how you feel about those) with a light dip. I use light sour cream mixed with powdered ranch. They have other flavors of powdered dressings as well. it is a little high in sodium but makes the veggies wonderful!

Switching from reg to diet is a good place to start, but in the long run it is all chemicals and you would be better off without it. It is easy for me to say becasue I am not a huge soda fan. You have to walk before you can run.

I had the total gym supra a couple years ago and i liked it. I lved to lay down on the board with my legs at 90 degrees and pull myself up. It targets the under bra pouch!

I find this interesting becasue my HRM says i burn quite a bit less then the MFP or my machine. I guess it all comes down to how hard you push yourself and how you log.

I have found anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds is a size and the most you should lose is 2 pounds a week.
