I'm 5'5 & I barely start 4 weeks ago, down 9 pounds, offically hit the 180's (even tho its a high 180) stil counts :D SW: 198 CW: 189 GW: 140-130 Im on a 1200 calorie intake exercising 5 days a week at least 30 minutes, been mostly keep track by miles tho. I'd rather have all my filling meals during the day, when I'm most active, so my dinner is usually the lightest. I am on 1200 calories a day, started this past week monday, & it hasn't been that hard. I only went over my calories once & that was yesterday, beeen exercising everyday tho at least 4 miles a day & I eat back my calories.
