I say the sooner the better. You'll be amazed at how you'll feel running in a good pair of shoe. They're totally worth the $$. They're not so custom that a few weeks will make a difference. yum! i've got to try this... I like oatmeal with a dash of vanilla, tsp of brown sugar, banana and walnuts, i usually add a pkt of splenda too though....YUM so filling for so few calories :)

I do the 30 day shred too, and i love it! I think it burns some where near 200 calories :) and its only 20 minutes! I'm so glad someone posted that list, its great!

YES!! You can do it! I started last March 24th running. First time ever. I ran a 1/2 marathon on November 20. There's a lot of training involved, but if you want it bad enough you can and will do it!!!

I'll start again this monday :) I've been doing it off and on all month, but I've never made it more than 3 days in a row....just can't get over that hump.
