I think I got this from Curves. 1/2 cup 2% Cottage Cheese, 1 pack splenda, sprinkle of cinnamon, some slivered almonds and 1/4 cup Fiber One Protein Cereal-Maple brown sugar. I use this as my nighttime snack.
