Yeah! I did feel like that for a long time. Now I want to start doing more and I'm kinda lost for inspiration. I walk 2 hours a day, every day and interval training for 20 mins on the stationary bike (15 mins rest 30 mins full speed) 3 days a week and then the days I don't do bike I wanted to fill with something extra...…

Yeah! I think I might get all my shopping sorted on Sunday and start Monday. It means I'm not picking up things and having a nibble because you can't have any animal products. So it'll rule out a lot of the naughty things I like to pick at lol.

I honestly never thought about looking at is as a 'job'... I might start doing that. I might set up a rewards and punishment chart lol. It sounds like something they do on 'Super nanny' for the naughty kids. But I honestly have the attention span of a fish and I'm full of excuses.

It took ages for people to notice my weight loss. I'd lost about 20 pounds before anyone said anything. So around 3 months... It really frustrated me at first.
