  • Cyclists have the same problem. I have heard some wear their UP on their ankle at these times to get an accurate measurement. just a thought!
  • Just worked out why the gross over estimation of my exercise, when trying to do a timed activity I accidental logged separately 1 whole hour of dancing instead of 10 mins of it... I did this twice....I feel like a twit! lucky I didn't eat all those extra calories!!

  • I am finding it is definitely not accurate in how long it takes for me to fall asleep. I have only had it for two nights but each time it has thought I was having deep sleep when in fact I was still awake, hoping to fall asleep soon. It makes me doubt how accurate the rest of the night is...
