I have seen this documentary (along with almost every nutrition or diet related one) and found this one sincere, but biased towards veganism. If this is a tool among many, I can get behind that. If this is your holy grail, not so much.

I don't know if this was covered somewhere in this thread, but my "paleo pancakes" are very similar, but better :) Add a tablespoon of coconut or almond flour. Whoever said something about adding oats or cream of wheat, that is extra useless carbs! Why ruin a great breakfast??
