Yes, I am the same, did well and lost the weight, then the past 6 months have been eating too many cakes....... so back on the regime again!!

I am the same age as you and have lost 14 pounds in as many weeks (now weigh 130lbs) - I do zero exercise due to mobility issues and so have stuck to a 1200 cal regime which works fine for me but is probably too low for anyone who is even slightly active. I am 5'6" SW 145 lb CE 133 lb GW 130 lb Doesn't sound a lot but I cannot exercise (chairbound) so my weight loss is all diet control - nearly there but will need to maintain a healthy diet in about 3 weeks time ....... will be so tempted to celebrate with cake ......

I use balsamic vinegar and olive oil - just sprinkle them over the salad - delicious, easy and cheap!

maybe you would benefit from advice from a dietician (maybe from your hospital) who could recommend a course of nutritional supplements for you as maybe your diet lacks all the right nutrients for your work schedule?

sorry to hear you have had such an awful time - I have health issues but have found that eating properly really does make me feel better and have more energy - I can't exercise much but it is really important to do as a little more than you think you can, that gets you improving in a small way every day....

Hi - yes I am over 60 and trying to lose a stone which I gained by being on steroids (which I am now coming off thank heavens) - been skinny all my life but now can't shift the weight that has appeared during the past year.
